Doctor Visit Week 31

We're now seeing the doctor every two weeks. The visits are quite short - check my vitals, listen to the baby's heartbeat and measure my belly size.

Here are my vitals:

Weight - 141
BP - 107/69
Pulse - 94

The baby's heartbeat was 148 and he was a squirmy worm while she had the doppler on my tummy!! It's so much easier to see and feel him move around when I'm on my back.

Otherwise everything looked fine. The doctor complimented me and said that she couldn't complain about anything. Yay!

Hey Awesome-Mommie. What is your belly measurement?

I don't know! I need to start asking.

After 20 weeks, your belly measurement should be one centimeter for every week of gestational age. So, if your doctor can't complain about anything, your belly measurement should be 31cm. Our doctor told us last week, though, (at 38 weeks) that many people never grow past 38cm because the uterus just can't grow anymore. So, for now, I'd bet it's 31. 7 weeks from now, I wouldn't make a bet.
